We were engaged by a realty company to conduct feasibility study for the land owner. The subject land is 13,250 sqf and sited behind Time Square. We proposed 7 ½ storey Office Suite + F&B outlet, after conducting our study which cover, government checking, market study and site analysis.

                                                  

Kuala Lumpur city center - Jalan Inai land

We were engaged by a land owner to conduct the detail feasibility study for this subject land which is sited behind Wisma Technip, with the size of 30,1000 sqf. Potential GDV is RM 90 million.
We proposed 17 storey of commercial building which comprises of office suite, service apartments and retail outlet.

Kuala Lumpur city center - Ampang Hilir Land

Subject land is 1 acre and located in Jalam Ampang Hilir. Proposed concept is 10 storey 40 units luxury condominium with the potential GDV of RM 100 million.

 

Selangor state - Jalan Puchong Land

Subject land is located nearby Jalan Klang Lama with the size of 6 acres. 84 units of 3 storey link houses were proposed with the potential GDV of RM 40 million.
